Refund and Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are always here to help.

 

Returns: You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to get in touch with us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original package.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

You must get in touch with us before returning any item.

 Any item not in its original and unopened condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned nor can;

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

 

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via any method of payment used at the time of purchase. You will receive your refund in couple of days depending on your bank and method of payment.

 

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items and customised items(if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and customised items cannot be refunded.
