This renewing facial toner contains hydrolats, panthenol, papaya extract, and niacinamide, all known for their beneficial effects on the skin. How to Use:

• Wash your face thoroughly with a gentle cleanser to remove makeup and dirt.
• Use toner on slightly damp skin, not completely dry or wet skin.
• Soak a cotton pad with toner and wipe your face.
• You can also apply toner in upward motions on your face, neck, and chest.
• Apply enough toner to coat your skin evenly, but thin enough so it dries quickly.
• Avoid the eye area.
• You can also Pat toner into your skin with clean hands.
• Let the toner dry for about ten minutes before applying the next product.
• Use toner at least twice a day. Do not rinse off the toner.
• Apply toner before using moisturizer.
• After toner, you can apply a serum or moisturizer.
